The rule that article 27 establishes for multimodal transports stipulates that the present Convention does not prevail over provisions of another convention under certain circumstances if it is known where the damage has occurred.

5. The Government of Luxembourg declares that article 15 of the present Convention does not impede the provisions of Luxembourg legislation concerning the capacity to exercise rights.
٥- تعلن حكومة لكسمبرغ أن المادة ٥١ من هذه الاتفاقية لا تشكل عائقا أمام أحكام تشريع لكسمبرغ بشأن القدرة على ممارسة الحقوق.

5. The Government of Luxembourg declares that article 15 of the present Convention does not impede the provisions of Luxembourg legislation concerning the capacity to exercise rights. MALAYSIA
٥- تعلن حكومة لكسمبرغ أن المادة ٥١ من هذه الاتفاقية لا تشكل عائقا أمام أحكام تشريع لكسمبرغ بشأن القدرة على ممارسة الحقوق.

(b) the present Convention does not apply to the use of living resources that occur in international watercourses, except to the extent provided for in part IV and except insofar as other uses affect such resources.

2. The Government of Luxembourg declares that the present Convention does not require modification of the legal status of children born to parents between whom marriage is absolutely prohibited, such status being warranted by the interest of the child, as provided under article 3 of the Convention.
٢- تعلن حكومة لكسمبرغ أن هذه الاتفاقية لا تقتضي تعديل المركز القانوني لﻷطفال الذين يولدون ﻷبوين يحظر زواجهما مطلقا، وهذا المركز تبرره مصلحة الطفل على النحو المنصوص عليه في المادة ٣ من الاتفاقية.

Noting that the activities of military forces of States are governed by rules of international law outside the framework of the present Convention, and that the exclusion of certain actions from the coverage of the present Convention does not condone or make lawful otherwise unlawful acts, or preclude prosecution under other laws,
إذ تشير إلى أن أنشطة القوات العسكرية التابعة للدول محكومة بقواعد القانون الدولي خارج إطار هذه الاتفاقية، وأن عدم إدراج بعض الأعمال في إطار هذه الاتفاقية لا يعني التغاضي عن الأعمال غير القانونية أو جعلها قانونية أو منع مقاضاة مرتكبيها بموجب قوانين أخرى،
