وقد جاءت التشريعات العسكرية هي الأخرى منسجمة مع المبدأ الدستوري الخاص بتجريم التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، فقد نصت المادة 73 من قانون الخدمة العسكرية رقم 31 لسنة 2006 على أنه (يساءل تأديباً كل من يرتكب أحد المحظورات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون ... وذلك مع عدم الإخلال بإقامة الدعوى المدنية أو الجنائية عند الاقتضاء).

The Committee is concerned about the insufficient steps taken in the framework of legal reform to bring existing legislation into full conformity with the Convention, including in the light of the basic principles of the Convention, in order to overcome existing discrepancies such as the one reflected in the present law on marriage age.
٢٩٦ - واللجنة قلقة لعدم كفاية الخطوات المتخذة في إطار اﻹصلاح القانوني لجعل التشريعات القائمة متوافقة تماما مع الاتفاقية، وخصوصا في ضوء المبادئ اﻷساسية للاتفاقية، وذلك للتغلب على بعض الفوارق من قبيل ما هو موجود في القانون الحالي المتعلق بسن الزواج.

1. The Ombudsman shall exercise the functions of the National Mechanism for the Prevention of Torture in accordance with the Constitution, the present law and the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

43- وقد جاءت التشريعات العسكرية هي الأخرى منسجمة مع المبدأ الدستوري الخاص بتجريم التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، فقد نصت المادة 73 من قانون الخدمة العسكرية رقم 31 لسنة 2006 على أنه (يساءل تأديباً كل من يرتكب أحد المحظورات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون ... وذلك مع عدم الإخلال بإقامة الدعوى المدنية أو الجنائية عند الاقتضاء).

Unemployment compensation is a fixed compensation and is paid at the request of unemployed persons who benefit from this right, according to the present law.
