المادة 166- يعاقَب الأشخاص الذين ارتكبوا احتجازاً غير قانوني أو اختطافاً ولم يكشفوا عن مكان الشخص المحتَجَز بعقوبات أشد من تلك الواردة في المواد السابقة من هذا الجزء، بحسب كل حالة على حدة، ما لم يُخل مرتكبو الجريمة سبيل الشخص المحتجز.

Article 351. If one of the offences set forth in the previous articles has affected military installations, buildings or depots, arsenals, rigs, vessels or airships belonging to the Republic or to one of its states, the sentence shall be four to eight years' imprisonment.
المادة 351 - وإذا شملت الجرائم المبينة في المواد السابقة المنشآت العسكرية، أو المباني أو المخازن أو الترسانات أو الحفارات أو السفن أو الطائرات التي تعود ملكيتها للجمهورية أو لإحدى المحافظات التابعة لها، فإنه يعاقب بالحبس مدة تتراوح بين 4 و 8 سنوات.
