9 - واسترسل قائلا إن أمانة الأونسيترال تضطلع بدور أساسي في تقديم المساعدة التقنية للبلدان النامية، وإن تنفيذ الولاية المنوطة باللجنة المتمثلة في تعزيز التنسيق والتوحيد التدريجيين للقانون التجاري الدولي يتطلب تقديم المزيد من المساعدة التقنية في كل مجال من المجالات التشريعية تقريبا.
