Requests the Secretariat to prepare, in consultation with the Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres and other stakeholders, a comprehensive report on the review of the regional and coordinating centres, taking into account the discussions of the Open-ended Working Group at its sixth session;
3 - يطلب من الأمانة أن تعد، بالتشاور مع المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل وغيرها من أصحاب المصلحة، تقريراً شاملاً عن استعراض المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية مع مراعاة المناقشات في الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية خلال دورته السادسة؛

Efforts to mobilize resources at the regional level are also being made through the regional and coordinating centres directly.
6 - ويجري كذلك بذل جهود لتعبئة الموارد على المستوى الإقليمي، وذلك عن طريق المراكز الإقليمية ومراكز التنسيق مباشرة.

The review, therefore, should aim to set the parameters for the future work of the regional and coordinating centres and their financial sustainability.
