Since its establishment in August 1997, the Legal and Technical Commission has considered the periodic reports and relinquishments submitted to the Authority by the registered pioneer investors pursuant to resolution II. Periodic reports on activities up to December 1997 have been submitted by India, Yuzhmorgeologiya and COMRA.
