For this reason, at its fourth session, the Committee decided to appoint a rapporteur to prepare, with the support of the secretariat, a first draft of a document on the relationship of the Committee on Enforced Disappearances with national human rights institutions.

32. On 14 November 2013, the Committee adopted in public session the document on the relationship of the Committee on Enforced Disappearances with civil society actors (CED/C/3).
