Due to the fact that, at its ninth session, the CRIC initiated the review of the PRAIS system, i.e. the review of information according to standardized information collected and submitted by reporting entities, Parties at CRIC 9 dedicated considerable time to providing feedback on the reporting and review process.

(b) CSOs accredited to the COP communicate to the CRIC information on (i) best practices according to the themes decided upon by COP 10, and (ii) additional information on the reporting and review process with particular regard to civil society involvement in the process.

(د) أن يشجع جهات التنسيق الوطنية وجهات التنسيق المؤسسية في المنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية وغيرها من كيانات الإبلاغ، حسب الاقتضاء، على تيسير تبادل المعلومات والتعاون مع منظمات المجتمع المدني مع إيلاء اعتبار خاص لعملية الإبلاغ والاستعراض بموجب الاتفاقية؛

16. Supplementary information from civil society is particularly significant as it supplies additional information not pertaining to the assessment of implementation on a geographical basis (national, subregional and regional), such as the provision of best practices and/or advice on improvement of the reporting and review process and the iterative process.
16- أما المعلومات الملحقة المقدمة من المجتمع المدني فهي هامة للغاية من حيث أنها تتيح إضافة لا ترتبط بتقييم التنفيذ على أساس جغرافي (وطني ودون إقليمي وإقليمي)، من قبيل تقديم أفضل الممارسات و/أو إتاحة المشورة فيما يتعلق بتحسين الإبلاغ وعملية الاستعراض والإجراءات المتكررة.
