652. The Committee adopts the revised general guidelines for the preparation of initial reports, as follows:

5. The initial report of Ireland, which followed the revised general guidelines regarding the form and content of reports of State Parties, was submitted to the SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations in 1996.

1. This report has been prepared in accordance with the revised general guidelines for the preparation of information within the framework of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), adopted by the Human Rights Council in its Resolution 17/119 of 17 June 2011.
