The Special Committee notes with satisfaction that the provisions contained in the revised memorandum of understanding between troop-contributing countries and the United Nations are now in force for all new memorandums of understanding and urges troop-contributing countries that have not yet done so to expeditiously incorporate the provisions of the revised model memorandum of understanding into their existing memorandums of understanding.
