In decision XV/8, the Parties agreed " to extend the laboratory and analytical essential use exemption until 31 December 2007 " under the conditions set out in annex II of the report of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties.

1. To include in the global laboratory and analytical use exemption under the conditions set out in annex II of the report of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties substances in Annex C, groups II and III, of the Protocol,
1 - أن يدرج المواد الواردة في المرفق جيم، المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة من البروتوكول في الإعفاء العالمي للاستخدامات المختبرية والتحليلية وبالشروط الواردة في المرفق الثاني لتقرير الاجتماع السادس للأطراف في البروتوكول؛

Subparagraphs (ii) and (iii) of paragraph (a) of decision VI/5 of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol read as follows:

Subparagraphs (ii) and (iii) of paragraph (a) of decision VI/5 of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol read as follows:
19- تنص الفقرتان الفرعيتان " 2 " و " 3 " من الفقرة (أ) من المقرر 6/5 للاجتماع السادس للأطراف في بروتوكول مونتريال على ما يلي:

To extend the global laboratory and analytical use exemption under the conditions set out in annex II of the report of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties and decisions XV/8 and XVI/16 until 31 December 2009;
1 - يمدد العمل بالإعفاء الشامل للاستخدامات المختبرية والتحليلية وذلك وفق الشروط المنصوص عليها في المرفق الثاني من تقرير اجتماع الأطراف السادس وفي المقررين 15/8 و 16/16 وذلك حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009؛

A member of the Committee subsequently asked for clarification as to why bromochloromethane could not be included under the category of " other substances " listed in the exemption for laboratory and analytical uses agreed by the Sixth Meeting of the Parties.
132- وطلب أحد أعضاء اللجنة يعد ذلك توضيحاً عن السبب في عدم إدراج برومو كلورو الميثان في فئة " المواد الأخرى " المدرجة في الاستثناءات الخاصة باستخدامات المختبرات والتحاليل التي وافق عليها الاجتماع السادس للأطراف.

At the opening session of the high-level segment of the combined meeting, in accordance with rule 21, paragraph 1, of the rules of procedure, the following officers were elected, by acclamation, to the Bureau of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties to the Vienna Convention:

In addition, we refer to a similar approach, as set forth in " Decision VI/16 Juridical personality, privileges and immunities of the Multilateral Fund " , which was adopted by the Sixth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol2.

In accordance with decision XV/8, the Parties had agreed " to extend the laboratory and analytical essential use exemption until 31 December 2007 " under the conditions set out in annex II to the report of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties.

Decision VI/5 of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties provided that, in the absence of data, the Secretariat should classify Equatorial Guinea as temporarily operating under Article 5 of the Protocol for two years on the condition that the Party sought assistance from the Executive Committee and Implementation Committee.
146- ينص المقرر 6/5 الصادر عن الاجتماع السادس للأطراف أنه في حال عدم توافر البيانات، يتعين على الأمانة أن تصنف غينيا الاستوائية بوصفها طرفاً عاملاً بشكل مؤقت بموجب المادة 5 من البروتوكول لمدى سنتين شريطة أن يكون الطرف قد التمس المساعدة من اللجنة التنفيذية ومن لجنة التنفيذ.

4. In October 1994, the Sixth Meeting of the Parties took decision VI/11, which defined " quarantine " and " pre-shipment " for implementation by Parties not operating under Article 5.
4 - في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1994، اعتمد الاجتماع السادس للأطراف المقرّر 6/11 الذي أورد تعريفين للمصطلحين " الحجر الصحي " و " معالجات ما قبل الشحن " وذلك لأغراض التنفيذ من قبل الأطراف غير العاملة بموجب المادة 5.

Subject to the conditions applied to the exemption for laboratory and analytical uses set forth in annex II of the report of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties, to adopt a category of laboratory and analytical critical use to allow methyl bromide to be used as a reference of standard:
2 - أن يتم، وفقاً للشروط المطبقة على إعفاء الاستخدامات المختبرية والتحليلية المبينة في المرفق الثاني لتقرير الاجتماع السادس للأطراف(2)، اعتماد فئة الاستخدامات المختبرية والتحليلية الحرجة للسماح باستخدام بروميد الميثيل كمرجع للمعايير:

In terms of the relevance of the existing categories and criteria for laboratory and analytical essential uses, the Panel had concluded that those adopted by the Sixth Meeting of the Parties could also cover related methyl bromide uses, while the critical-use exemption process could continue to apply to larger quantities of methyl bromide.

Following its reclassification as a Party operating under Article 5 of the Protocol, the Executive Committee of the Fund requested the Party not to seek financial assistance, in accordance with paragraph (e) of decision VI/5 of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol.
وفي أعقاب تصنيفها كطرف يعمل بموجب المادة 5 من البروتوكول، طلبت اللجنة التنفيذية للصندوق إلى الطرف ألا يلتمس مساعدة مالية وفقاً للفقرة (ﻫ) من المقرر 6/5 للاجتماع السادس للأطراف في البروتوكول.
