وطلبت الجمعية أيضا إلى الأونروا أن تتولى دور المتلقي للاعتمادات الخاصة للهبات والمنح الدراسية، وأن تضطلع بمهمة القيّم عليها، وأن تمنحها للمرشحين المؤهلين من اللاجئين الفلسطينيين.

1 - تكرر مناشداتها السابقة لجميع الدول والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات غير الحكومية مواصلة وزيادة الاعتمادات الخاصة للهبات والمنح الدراسية للاجئين الفلسطينيين، بالإضافة إلى مساهماتها في الميزانية العادية لوكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الشرق الأدنى؛

The Assembly furthermore requested UNRWA to act as the recipient and trustee for the special allocations for grants and scholarships, and appealed to all States, specialized agencies and the United Nations University to contribute generously to the Palestinian universities in the Palestinian territory occupied by Israel since 1967.
وطلبت الجمعية كذلك إلى الأونروا أن تتولى دور المتلقي للاعتمادات الخاصة للهبات والمنح الدراسية، وأن تضطلع بمهمة القيّم عليها، وناشدت جميع الدول والوكالات المتخصصة وجامعة الأمم المتحدة أن تقدم بسخاء مساهمات إلى الجامعات الفلسطينية في الأرض الفلسطينية التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام 1967.
