In its decision 2004/115, the Sub-Commission decided to request Mr. Gudmundur Alfredsson and Mr. Ibrahim Salama to prepare a working paper on the evaluation of the content and delivery of technical cooperation in the field of human rights, for the purpose of seeking possible improvements, and to submit it to the Sub-Commission at its fifty-seventh session.
