11 - نؤكد مجددا التزامنا بدعم استراتيجيات التنمية المستدامة في الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية عن طريق التعاون التقني والمالي، وتقديم المساعدة المؤسسية على الصعيدين الإقليمي والأقاليمي، وتحسين البيئة الدولية المواتية؛
