15 - يطلب إلى المحكمتين وإلى الآلية التعاون مع بلدان يوغوسلافيا السابقة ورواندا ومع الكيانات المهتمة لتسهيل إنشاء مراكز للمعلومات والتوثيق عن طريق إتاحة إمكانية الاطلاع على نسخ من السجلات العامة لمحفوظات المحكمتين والآلية، بطرق منها مواقعها على شبكة الإنترنت؛

76. Resources will be shared by the Tribunals and the Mechanism, particularly through double-hatting and common services, to provide mutual support and ensure cooperation (see A/66/537, para. 2).

The commitment and cooperation extended to the Office of the Prosecutor by both Tribunals has been instrumental in ensuring a relatively smooth transition of functions and activities, and the Prosecutor is particularly grateful for the support of the staff of the Tribunals, who continue to serve both the Tribunals and the Mechanism, as and when required.

10 - يحث جميع الدول، ولا سيما الدول التي يشتبه في أن يكون الهاربون من العدالة طلقاء فيها، على أن تواصل تكثيف تعاونها مع المحكمتين والآلية وأن تمدها بكل ما يلزم من مساعدة، حسب الاقتضاء، وبخاصة من أجل القبض على كل من تبقى من الهاربين وتسليمهم بأسرع ما يمكن؛

11. Urges the Tribunals and the Mechanism to actively undertake every effort to refer those cases which do not involve the most senior leaders suspected of being most responsible for crimes to competent national jurisdictions in accordance with their respective statutes and Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
11 - يحث المحكمتين والآلية على بذل قصارى جهدها لإحالة الدعاوى التي لا تشمل كبار القادة الذين يشتبه في تحملهم القدر الأكبر من المسؤولية عن الجرائم إلى الهيئات القضائية الوطنية المختصة وفقا للأنظمة الأساسية والقواعد الإجرائية وقواعد الإثبات الخاصة بكل منها؛

(b) In collaboration with the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the development of a Secretary-General's Bulletin that defines the security and access policies for the records of the Tribunals and the Mechanism.

10. As a result, the Tribunals and the Mechanism have agreed on the basic requirements for a small self-standing Mechanism administration, and these requirements were included in the 2014-2015 budget for the Mechanism approved by the General Assembly on 27 December 2013.

The General Assembly elected the 25 judges for the Mechanism on 16 and 20 December 2011 and adopted the budget for the biennium 2012-2013 for the Tribunals and the Mechanism on 24 December 2011.
