٢٨ - ومضى قائلا إن وفده يؤيد إدماج مراكز اﻷمم المتحدة لﻹعلام مع المكاتب الميدانية للبرنامج اﻹنمائي، ولكن يجب النظر في اﻹدماج على أساس كل حالة بحالتها، مع مراعاة آراء البلد المضيف.

It should also be emphasized that the process of integrating the information centres with the UNDP field offices should be carried out, where necessary, only on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the views of the host country and the need to guarantee the independence and efficient operation of the centres.

٦٢ - تلبية لطلب الجمعية العامة، بذل اﻷمين العام قصارى جهده، عن طريق إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام، لتسهيل عملية دمج مراكز اﻷمم المتحدة لﻹعلام مع المكاتب الميدانية التابعة لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي كلما أمكن، على أساس كل حالة على حدة، ومع أخذ آراء البلد المضيف في الاعتبار.

19. In keeping with the request of the Committee on Information, every effort has been made by the Department of Public Information to facilitate the process of integrating United Nations information centres with UNDP field offices whenever feasible, on a case-by-case basis, and taking into account the views of the host country.
١٩ - تمشيا مع طلب لجنة اﻹعلام، بذلت إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام كل جهد ممكن لتيسير عملية دمج مراكز اﻷمم المتحدة لﻹعلام مع المكاتب الميدانية لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي، كلما أمكن، على أساس كل حالة على حدة، ومع مراعاة آراء البلد المضيف.

29. In all aspects of the integration exercise, we will proceed within the parameters set by the General Assembly, namely, on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the views of the host country and ensuring that the information functions and autonomy of the information centres are not adversely affected.
٩٢ - وسنحرص في جميع جوانب عملية التكامل على أن نسير في إطار المؤشرات التي وضعتها الجمعية العامة، أي التعامل مع كل حالة على حدة، آخذين في الاعتبار آراء البلد المضيف ومتوخين عدم التأثير سلبيا على مهام اﻹعلام واستقلال مراكز اﻹعلام.

35. In regard to the process of integrating information centres with field offices of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), many speakers agreed this should be done on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the views of the host country, with the understanding that the information functions and the autonomy of the centres would not be adversely affected.
٥٣ - وفيما يتعلق بعملية إدماج مراكز اﻹعلام مع المكاتب الميدانية لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي، وافق كثير من المتكلمين على ضرورة أن يتم اﻹدماج على أساس كل حالة على حدة، مع مراعاة آراء البلدان المضيفة وعلى أن يكون من المفهوم ألا تتأثر بصورة غير مواتية مهام اﻹعلام أو اﻹدارة الذاتية للمراكز.
