In the light of the foregoing, the Working Group finds that Mr. Muhammad Umar Salim Krain has been imprisoned without any legal procedure, and therefore his deprivation of liberty is contrary to the relevant international provisions laid down in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
6- وفي ضوء ما تقدم يرى الفريق العامل أن السيد محمد عمر سالم كرين أودع السجن دون أي إجراء قانوني ومن ثم فإن حرمانه من الحرية هو انتهاك للأحكام الدولية المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

In the present case, the Working Group finds that Mr. Mvogo has been detained for over seven years, primarily due to the difficulties for the authorities in confirming his identity and the lack of cooperation by the consular representation of his country of origin.
