17. The view was expressed that, in order to improve registration practices, States and international intergovernmental organizations could be invited to make public their national registries on the Internet and designate focal points for those registries.

To meet this requirement, the relevant Annex I Parties shall transfer an amount of AAUs, CERs, ERUs or RMUs equivalent to the outstanding amount to the cancellation account established for this purpose in the CDM registry or a cancellation account of their national registries.

The SBI encouraged Annex B Parties to initiate the operation of their national registries with the ITL as soon as possible and no later than December 2007 in order to allow the timely delivery of certified emission reductions.
116- وشجعت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق باء على بدء تشغيل سجلاتها الوطنية مع سجل المعاملات الدولي في أسرع وقت ممكن وفي موعد أقصاه كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، لإتاحة إصدار وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة في الوقت المناسب.

At its twenty-sixth session, the SBI encouraged Annex B Parties to initiate the operation of their national registries with the ITL as soon as possible and no later than December 2007 in order to accommodate the timely delivery of CERs. From the ITL perspective, registries may go live with the ITL individually.
23- شجعت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ، في دورتها السادسة والعشرين، الدول الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق باء على بدء تشغيل سجلاتها الوطنية مع سجل المعاملات الدولي في أسرع وقت ممكن وفي موعد أقصاه كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007 لإتاحة إصدار وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمد في الوقت المناسب().

The SBI urged other Parties included in Annex I with commitments inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol (Annex B Parties) to initiate the operation of their national registries with the ITL as soon as possible during 2008.
وحثت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ الأطراف الأخرى المدرجة في المرفق الأول والمبينة التزاماتها في المرفق باء ببروتوكول كيوتو (الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق باء) على بدء تشغيل سجلاتها الوطنية مع سجل المعاملات الدولي في أقرب وقت ممكن خلال عام 2008.

It noted the work of the secretariat with Parties to the Convention that are also Parties to the Kyoto Protocol with commitments inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol (Annex B Parties) to connect their national registries to the ITL.

The SBI commended the secretariat, in its role as ITL administrator, for implementing the ITL in the time frame requested by the CMP and making it available to Parties to the Convention that are also Parties to the Kyoto Protocol with commitments inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol (Annex B Parties) for the connection of their national registries.
113- وأشادت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ بالأمانة، في دورها كهيئة تتولى إدارة سجل المعاملات الدولي، لتنفيذها السجل في الفترة الزمنية التي طلبها مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف، وإتاحته لأطراف الاتفاقية التي هي أيضاً أطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو والتي تعهدت بالالتزامات المدرجة في المرفق باء لبروتوكول كيوتو (الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق باء) من أجل وصل سجلاتها الوطنية.

23. As at 31 December 2013, eight Parties had issued 522,124,873 RMUs into their national registries resulting from their activities under Article 3, paragraph 3, and elected activities under Article 3, paragraph 4, of the Kyoto Protocol, accounted in accordance with decisions 13/CMP.1 and 16/CMP.1.
