٢ - وعملا بالفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٧ من الاتفاقية، دعا اﻷمين العام الدول اﻷطراف، في مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة ٩ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٧، إلى أن تقدم ترشيحاتها لانتخاب ١٢ عضوا في اللجنة خلال شهرين من الدعوة.

2. In compliance with article 17, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Secretary-General, in a note verbale dated 7 November 1995, invited the States parties to submit their nominations for the election of 11 members of the Committee within two months of the invitation.
٢ - وعملا بالفقرة ٣ من المادة ٧١ من الاتفاقية، دعا اﻷمين العام الدول اﻷطراف في مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة ٧ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٥٩٩١، إلى تقديم ترشيحاتها لانتخاب ١١ عضوا باللجنة خلال شهرين من الدعوة.

2. In accordance with article 8, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Secretary-General in a note verbale dated 28 July 1995 invited the States parties to submit their nominations for the election of nine members of the Committee within two months.

3. In accordance with article 8, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Secretary-General, in a note verbale dated 18 December 2012, invited States parties to submit, within two months, their nominations for the election of nine members to the Committee.
3- وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، وجه الأمين العام، في مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012، دعوة إلى الدول الأطراف لكي تقدم، في غضون شهرين، ترشيحاتها لانتخاب تسعة أعضاء في اللجنة.

3. In accordance with article 72, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Secretary-General, in a note verbale dated 21 December 2012, invited the States parties to submit their nominations for the election of seven members of the Committee by 28 February 2013.
3- عملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 72 من الاتفاقية، دعا الأمين العام، في مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012، الدول الأطراف إلى أن تقدم ترشيحاتها لانتخاب سبعة أعضاء في اللجنة في أجل لا يتعدى 28 شباط/فبراير 2013.

3. In accordance with article 17, paragraph 4, of the Convention, the Secretary-General, in a note verbale dated 25 March 2013, invited the States parties to the Convention to submit their nominations for the election by 26 June 2013.
3- عملاً بالفقرة 4 من المادة 17 من الاتفاقية، دعا الأمين العام الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية، في مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة في 25 آذار/مارس 2013، إلى تقديم ترشيحاتها لانتخاب أعضاء اللجنة الخمسة بحلول 26 حزيران/يونيه 2013.

2. In compliance with article 6, paragraph 3, of the Optional Protocol, the Secretary-General, in a note verbale dated 9 May 2012, invited the States parties to the Optional Protocol to submit their nominations for the election of 12 members of the Subcommittee on Prevention by 9 August 2012.
2- وعملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري، دعا الأمين العام، في مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 9 أيار/مايو 2012، الدول الأطراف في البروتوكول الاختياري إلى أن تقدم، قبل حلول تاريخ 9 آب/أغسطس 2012، أسماء مرشحيها لانتخاب اثني عشر عضواً في اللجنة الفرعية لمنع التعذيب.
