The provisions relating to the crime of aggression shall enter into force for the States Parties in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Statute.

Cooperation with States not parties to this Statute

The Presidency shall in any case review ex officio every 30 days the lawfulness under this Statute of the arrest or detention.

2. A person covered by Article 1 of this Statute who has been tried before a national court for acts constituting serious violations of international humanitarian law may be subsequently tried by the Mechanism only if:
