(j) " executing agency " shall mean an entity to which the Executive Director has entrusted the overall management of UNFPA assistance to a project or part of a project (reference Regulation 2.2P(v)), along with the assumption of responsibility and accountability for the effective use of UNFPA resources and the delivery of outputs, and shall include the following:
