10. In order to facilitate the forthcoming election of the Legal and Technical Commission, the President of the Council requests States Parties to submit nominations, with detailed curricula vitae, at least two months in advance of the next meeting of the Council, so that the secretariat may circulate the nominations and curricula vitae to all members of the Authority.
10 - وسعيا لتيسير الانتخاب المقبل للجنة القانونية والتقنية، يَطْلب رئيس المجلس من الدول الأطراف تقديم ترشيحات، مشفوعة بسير ذاتية تفصيلية قبل شهرين على الأقل من الاجتماع المقبل للمجلس، بحيث تتمكن الأمانة من تعميم الترشيحات والسير الذاتية على جميع أعضاء السلطة.

61. By a note verbale dated 21 January 2008, the secretariat circulated the training proposal to all members of the Authority, who were invited to submit nominations of up to two candidates each for the four traineeships not later than 30 April 2008 and informed that nominations received after that date would not be considered.
61 - وأصدرت الأمانة مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 21 كانون الثاني/يناير 2008 عمّمت بها برنامج التدريب المقترح على جميع أعضاء السلطة الذين طُلب من كل منهم ترشيح ما أقصاه مرشحَين لكل من المنح التدريبية الأربع وذلك في موعد لا يتجاوز 30 نيسان/أبريل 2008، وأبلغتهم بأنه لن ينظر في أي ترشيحات ترد بعد هذا التاريخ.
