367- ويرى الفريق أيضا، للأسباب التي ورد ذكرها في الفقرات 52 إلى 54، أن ساعات العمل الإضافية وبدلات الموظفين التي تم تكبدها لتوفير الخدمات الصحية للاجئين الكويتيين قابلة للتعويض من حيث المبدأ.

(ح) المساعدة المقدمة للاجئين الكويتيين

The Claimant states that the Governor of the Eastern Province instructed King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam to provide urgent aid to Kuwaiti refugees who had arrived in Saudi Arabia as a result of Iraq's invasion and occupation of Kuwait.
60- يبين صاحب المطالبة أن أمير المنطقة الشرقية أعطى تعليمات لميناء الملك عبد العزيز في الدمام بتوفير المساعدة العاجلة للاجئين الكويتيين الذين قدموا إلى المملكة العربية السعودية نتيجة لغزو العراق واحتلاله للكويت.

For the reasons given at paragraphs and above, the Panel finds that costs of providing accommodation and rations to Kuwaiti refugees and displaced Al Khafji citizens during the period 2 August 1990 to 31 May 1991 are, in principle, compensable.
450- للأسباب المذكورة في الفقرتين 21 و444 أعلاه، يرى الفريق أن تكاليف توفير المأوى والحصص الغذائية للاجئين الكويتيين ومواطني الخفجي المشردين خلال الفترة من 2 آب/أغسطس 1990 إلى 31 أيار/مايو 1991 هي، من حيث المبدأ، قابلة للتعويض.

For the reasons stated at paragraph above, the Panel finds that the claim for refurbishing the camp and purchasing buses and first-aid equipment as part of the Claimant's support provided to Kuwaiti refugees is, in principle, compensable, subject to deductions for residual value of the buses and equipment.
ويجد الفريق للأسباب المبينة في الفقرة 20 أعلاه أن المطالبة المقدمة بشأن إعادة تجديد المخيم وشراء الحافلات وأجهزة الإسعافات الأولية كجزء من الدعم الذي قدمه صاحب المطالبة للاجئين الكويتيين هي مبدئياً مطالبة قابلة للتعويض شريطة أن تخصم من المبالغ المطالب بها القيمة المتبقية للحافلات وأجهزة الإسعافات الأولية.
