155- وقد تحقق، في إطار عملية الإصلاح الجارية في تركيا، تقدم رئيسي نحو تحسين التشريعات المتعلقة بالمواطنين المنتمين للأقليات غير المسلمة في البلد.

In this context, since 2004 a new governmental body, namely the Minority Issues Assessment Board, is in operation with a view to addressing and finding solutions to difficulties which citizens belonging to non-Muslim minorities may encounter in their daily lives.

145. There is no restriction for Turkish citizens belonging to non-Muslim minorities as regards the use of their language in private and in public.
145- ولا تُفرض أي قيود على المواطنين الأتراك المنتمين لأقليات غير مسلمة فيما يتعلق باستخدام لغتهم في الحياة العامة أو الخاصة.

52. A Prime Ministry circular published on 13 May 2010 underscored that Turkish citizens belonging to non-Muslim minorities, like all Turkish citizens, have the right to enjoy and maintain their own identities and cultures.
52- ويشدد تعميم صادر عن رئيس الوزراء في 13 أيار/مايو 2010 على أن المواطنين الأتراك المنتمين للأقليات غير المسلمة يتمتعون، على غرار جميع المواطنين الأتراك، بالحق في التمتع بهوياتهم وثقافاتهم وفي الحفاظ عليها.

Students belonging to non-Muslim minorities can also freely attend any other public or private school that is not run by their respective minorities, without any restriction.
ويمكن للطلاب المنتمين لهذه الأقليات الالتحاق، دون أي قيود، بأي مدرسة عامة أو خاصة لا تديرها الأقليات التي ينتمون إليها.
