Furthermore, pursuant to General Assembly resolution 58/28, Andorra reiterates each year that it has no army and no military spending, and confirms that it has never exported or imported any material falling within the seven categories defined in the United Nations Register of Conventional Arms (see annex 1, for the two latest " nil declarations " sent to the Department for Disarmament Affairs of the United Nations).
