11. A number of reports of the Secretary-General to the Second and Third Committees on the follow-up to international conferences, summits and special sessions of the General Assembly paid some attention to gender perspectives.

The following table provides information on the implementation of relevant provisions of General Assembly resolution 50/227 addressed to the Second and Third Committees (for more detailed information on the implementation of such provisions in 1998 and 1999, see A/53/137-E/1998/66 and A/54/115-E/1999/59):
