In this regard, they refer to the Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners ( " SMR " ) and Principle 8 of the Body of Principles for the Protection of All Persons under Any Form of Detention or Imprisonment ( " Body of Principles " ), which affirm the principle of segregation.
