12. With regard to accessibility and in accordance with General Assembly resolution 58/246 and decision 56/474, the Committee invites the General Assembly, at its fifty-ninth session, to examine in greater detail the provision of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities in order to facilitate accessibility to United Nations premises, technology and documents.

19. With regard to accessibility and in accordance with General Assembly decision 56/474 and resolution 57/229, the Committee invites the General Assembly, at its fifty-eighth session, to examine in greater detail the provision of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities in order to facilitate accessibility to United Nations premises, technology and documents.

The Board found that the Government of Israel was therefore responsible for the substantial damage to United Nations premises and property, including vehicles, caused by its actions.

11. With respect to paragraph 16, a Board of Inquiry was constituted to review and investigate certain incidents that occurred in the Gaza Strip between 27 December 2008 and 19 January 2009 and in which death or injuries occurred at, and/or damage was done to, United Nations premises or in the course of United Nations operations.

In its assessments of each incident, the Board referred to the witness statements and other information given to it regarding possible military activity close to United Nations premises and possible military use of nearby buildings, but the Board noted that it was not within its scope or capacity to reach conclusions on those matters.
