٥٥ - إن تدويل النشاط الاقتصادي وتزايد الاعتماد على قوى السوق والتسليم على نطاق واسع بأن المبادرة الخاصة هي قوة فعالة للنمو الاقتصادي والجهود الضخمة التي تبذلها الدول النامية وتلك التي تمر بمرحلة انتقالية من أجل تحرير التجارة تدعو إلى نظام تجاري عالمي يتسم بالانفتاح والشفافية ويحترم فيه الجميع القواعد والنظم.
