247. The capacity for rights and duties and legal capacity are regulated by other laws, in particular Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, as amended, Act No. 455/1991 Coll. on Trade Licensing (the Trade Licensing Act), as amended, as well as the general provisions cited above from the Constitution of the Slovak Republic.
