The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) also emphasized that the right of trade unions to function freely shall be subject to no restrictions and that Jordan should ensure that restrictions contained in the Labour Code are fully in line with article 8 of the Covenant.
كما شددت اللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية على عدم تقييد حق نقابات العمال في العمل بحرية، وعلى ضرورة أن يكفل الأردن توافق القيود الواردة في قانون العمل توافقاً تاماً مع المادة 8 من العهد(76).
