under this mandate of the Human Rights Council, which includes investigating and entering into dialogue with States on human rights violations committed against indigenous peoples, the Special Rapporteur has, since 2006, issued seven country reports and three special reports.

)٣( ينبغي للجمعية العامة أن تؤيد إمكانية القيام بمزيد من الزيارات الميدانية في إطار هذه الولاية إلى البلدان النامية والبلدان المتقدمة النمو على السواء بغية جعل وصول الناس إلى أعمال اﻷمم المتحدة على المستوى المحلي أكثر سهولة، وللتعبير عن آرائهم في التوصيات المقدمة إلى اﻷمم المتحدة.

378. under this mandate and with the new territorial division of the State provided for in articles 143 and 151 of the Constitution, whereby the State is organized into municipalities, provinces and Autonomous Communities with various levels of autonomy in dealing with matters of interest to them, the authorities all take part in the realization of this right.

51. The obligation to effectively investigate, prosecute, and punish violations of the right to life in situations of armed conflict has been a consistent theme of reports under this mandate.
51 - ظل الالتزام على نحو فعال بالتحقيق في انتهاكات الحق في الحياة في حالات النزاع المسلح والمحاكمة والمعاقبة عليهما موضوع يرد باستمرار في التقارير المقدمة في إطار هذه الولاية().

36. Given the occasion that motivates this report, the argument thus far has concentrated more on the importance of justice and rights considerations to development than on the specific contributions that the four measures under this mandate can make to a robust development agenda.
36 - واستنادا إلى الدوافع التي شجعت على إعداد هذا التقرير، فقد تركز الكلام حتى الآن على أهمية الاعتبارات المتعلقة بالعدالة والحقوق في التنمية أكثر مما تركز على المساهمات المحددة التي يمكن أن تقدمها التدابير الأربعة في إطار هذه الولاية لوضع خطة إنمائية قوية.
