The Committee recommends that the law reform to be undertaken in this field adequately reflect the provisions of the Convention as well as other relevant international standards, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.
وتوصي اللجنة بأن يتم في اﻹصلاحات التشريعية المزمع إجراؤها في هذا المجال التعبير على نحو كاف عن أحكام اﻹتفاقية فضلا عن المعايير الدولية اﻷخرى ذات الصلة، مثل قواعد بيجينغ، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن حماية اﻷحداث المجردين من حريتهم.

2. The United Nations Guidelines for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty are applied, are provided for in current legislation and are thus widely known.
٢- وتطبﱠق في كوبا المبادئ التوجيهية لﻷمم المتحدة لمنع انحراف اﻷحداث، ومجموعة قواعد اﻷمم المتحدة الدنيا ﻹدارة شؤون قضاء اﻷحداث، وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن حماية اﻷحداث المحرومين من حريتهم؛ وهذه اﻷحكام منصوص عليها في التشريعات السارية ومن ثم فهي معروفة على نطاق واسع لدى الجمهور.
