399. The Ministers expressed that just two years after its creation, the Community has become a representative mechanism for political consultation, integration and cooperation of Latin American and Caribbean States and as a common space to ensure the unity and integration of the Region.

- يمكن للرئاسة المؤقتة أن تعقد اجتماعا لآليات التكامل الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لتبادل المعلومات، وتنسيق مهامها، وتجنب حالات التكرار وتكثيف الحوار من أجل تعميق الوحدة والتكامل وتسريع خطى التنمية الإقليمية في المجالات ذات الأولوية للجماعة.

(س) يجوز للرئاسة المؤقتة عقد اجتماع لآليات التكامل الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية، وتبادل المعلومات، وتنسيق مهامها، وتجنب الازدواجية وتكثيف الحوار من أجل تعزيز الوحدة والتكامل وتسريع التنمية الإقليمية في المجالات ذات الأولوية للجماعة.

It thus means a reaffirmation of the origins of our peoples and cultures and a challenge which should always be present in the efforts that we make for unity and integration of our peoples and nations.
وبالتالي يعني هذا إعادة تأكيد جذور شعوبنا وثقافاتنا وتحديا ينبغي أن نضعه نصب أعيننا دائما في الجهود التي نبذلها من أجل تحقيق وحدة وتكامل شعوبنا وأممنا.

11. First Vice-President Salva Kiir and the leader of the South Sudan Defence Forces (SSDF), Major-General Paulino Matip, signed the " Juba Declaration on unity and integration of the Sudan People's Liberation Army and the South Sudan Defence Forces " on 8 January 2006, at the conclusion of a south-south dialogue held in Juba.
11 - وقد وقّع سالفاكير النائب الأول لرئيس الجمهورية، واللواء باولينو ماتيب، قائد قوات دفاع جنوب السودان، على " إعلان جوبا بشأن وحدة وتكامل الجيش الشعبي لتحرير السودان وقوات دفاع جنوب السودان " في 8 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006، في ختام حوار بين الجنوب والجنوب عُقد في جوبا.
