16. urges Member States to take effective and appropriate legislative and other measures to prohibit, prevent and eliminate all forms of violence against children, including traditional and customary harmful practices in all situations, and to strengthen international, national and local cooperation and mutual assistance in this regard;

5. urges Member States to take all necessary and effective measures, as appropriate, to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against children who come in contact with the justice system as victims, witnesses or alleged or recognized offenders, and to provide for consistency in their laws and policies and in the application thereof in order to promote the implementation of the Model Strategies and Practical Measures;
5 - تحث الدول الأعضاء على اتخاذ جميع التدابير الضرورية والفعالة، حسب الاقتضاء، من أجل منع جميع أشكال العنف ضد الأطفال الذين يحتكون بنظام العدالة كضحايا أو شهود أو مجرمين مزعومين أو مدانين والتصدي لها، وعلى توخي الاتساق في قوانينها وسياساتها وفي تطبيقها من أجل تعزيز تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والتدابير العملية النموذجية؛

3. urges Member States to take the steps necessary to ensure that their national drug control agencies are aware of and well trained in the recognition of amphetamine-type stimulants and the current modi operandi used to smuggle such stimulants and are also well trained in the interdiction of consignments of illicitly manufactured amphetamine-type stimulants;

5. urges Member States to take effective measures to prevent illicitly acquired cultural property from being transferred, especially through auctions, including over the Internet, and to effect its recovery and return to its rightful owners;
