٧٣ - الترحيب بالتزام الدول الحائزة لأسلحة نووية بالقيام في أسرع وقت ممكن بإخضاع المواد الانشطارية التي تحول من الاستخدام الحربي إلى الأنشطة النووية السلمية لضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في إطار اتفاقات الضمانات الطوعية القائمة مع الدول الحائزة لأسلحة نووية.

٣٤ - إن الدول الأطراف تدعو الدول الحائزة لأسلحة نووية إلى وضع ترتيبات في إطار اتفاقات الضمانات الطوعية لإخضاع المواد التي تحول من الاستخدام الحربي إلى الأنشطة النووية السلمية لضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية بصورة دائمة.

١٣ - إذا حولت مواد انشطارية نووية من الاستخدام العسكري الى اﻷنشطة النووية السلمية، ينبغي القيام في أسرع وقت ممكن عمليا بإخضاعها لضمانات الوكالة في إطار اتفاقات الضمانات الطوعية القائمة مع الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية.

16 - تحث تركيا جميع الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية أن تحول المواد الانشطارية النووية في ترساناتها، حسب الاقتضاء، من الاستعمال العسكري إلى أنشطة نووية سلمية تكون خاضعة لضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، وذلك في إطار اتفاقات الضمانات الطوعية.
