It states: “The right to Development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development, in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized”.
ويقول الإعلان: " الحق في التنمية حق من حقوق الإنسان غير قابل للتصرف وبموجبه يحق لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة والإسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالا تاما " .

47. The nature of the process of development to which every human person and all peoples are entitled as the right to development has been identified in the Declaration as one in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized.
47- حدد الإعلان طبيعة عملية التنمية التي يحق لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب التمتع بها بوصفها الحق في التنمية كحق يمكن فيه إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً، وهو يتمركز بشكل أساسي حول مفهوم الإنصاف والعدالة.

In article 1, paragraph 1 of the Declaration, it is stated: " The right to development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development, in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized. "
ويرد في الفقرة 1 من المادة 1 من الإعلان ما نصه " الحق في التنمية حق من حقوق الإنسان غير قابل للتصرف وبموجبه يحق لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة والاسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً " .

3. Article 1 of the Declaration states that the right to development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development, in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized.
٣- وتنص المادة ١ من اﻹعلان على أن الحق في التنمية حق من حقوق الانسان غير قابل للتصرف وبموجبه يحق لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة واﻹسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الانسان والحريات اﻷساسية إعمالا تاما.

It is also contrary to article 1 of the Declaration on the Right to Development, which implies " an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development " , including the full realization of the right of peoples to self-determination.
وهو يخالف أيضا المادة ١ من إعلان الحق في التنمية التي تنطوي على " حق لﻹنسان غير قابل للتصرف يحق بموجبه لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة واﻹسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية " بما فيها التحقيق الكامل لحق الشعوب في تقرير المصير.

In its article 1, the right to development is defined as " an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully recognized " .
ويعرف الحق في التنمية في المادة 1 من الإعلان بأنه " حق من حقوق الإنسان غير قابل للتصرف وبموجبه يحق لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة والإسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً " .

7. The right to solidarity is a human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to enjoy equally the benefit of a harmonious international society with a just and fair international political and economic order, in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms may be fully realized.
7- الحق في التضامن حق من حقوق الإنسان يكون بموجبه لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب الحق في التمتع على قدم المساواة بالفائدة المترتبة على وجود مجتمع دولي منسجم يسوده نظام سياسي واقتصادي دولي قوامه العدل والإنصاف ويمكن فيه إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً.

7. The Declaration on the Right to Development, in its article 1, states that the right to development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development, in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized.
7- وينص إعلان الحق في التنمية في مادته الأولى على أن الحق في التنمية حق من حقوق الإنسان غير قابل للتصرف، وبموجبه يحق لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة والإسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً.

6. 6- ويعرَّف الحق في التنمية في الفقرة 1 من المادة 1 من الإعلان بأنه حق من حقوق الإنسان غير قابل للتصرف وبموجبه يحق لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة والإسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً.

According to article 1 of the Declaration on the Right to Development, the right to development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development, in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized.

As the Declaration on the Rights to Development states in its article 1, it is a right " by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development, in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized. وكما ينص على ذلك إعلان الحق في التنمية في مادته الأولى، فهو حق " يخول لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة والإسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً " ().

10. " The right to development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development, in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized " (Declaration on the Right to Development, art. 1).
10- إن " الحق في التنمية حق من حقوق الإنسان غير قابل للتصرف وبموجبه يحق لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة والإسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً " (إعلان الحق في التنمية، المادة 1).

The Declaration states that “the right to development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development ...”
وينص اﻹعلان على أن " الحق في التنمية حق من حقوق اﻹنسان غير قابل للتصرف وبموجبه يحل لكل إنسان ولجميع الشعوب المشاركة واﻹسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية ... " .

Further reaffirms that the right to development is an inalienable human right by virtue of which every human person and all peoples are entitled to participate in, contribute to and enjoy economic, social, cultural and political development in which all human rights and fundamental freedoms can be fully realized;
4- تؤكد من جديد كذلك أن الحق في التنمية هو حق من حقوق الإنسان غير قابل للتصرف يحق بموجبه لكل إنسان وللشعوب كافة المشاركة والمساهمة في التطورات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية والتمتع بفوائد هذه التطورات التي يمكن في ظلها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالاً تاماً؛
