13- حرصا على الفاعلية في مواجهة الأشخاص الذين يحاولون عبور الحدود الدولية باستخدام وثائق مزيفة من أجل مواصلة أنشطتهم الاجرامية، يجب على الحكومات أن تقوم بخطوات لضمان وجود تنسيق في أعمال الأجهزة الرقابية التي تتولى إدارة عمل خط التفتيش الرئيسي في مكتب الهجرة والجوازات، وخط التفتيش الثاني في مراكز الجمارك والخروج.

32- أُوصيت الحكومات، ضمانا للفاعلية في مواجهة الأشخاص الذين يحاولون عبور الحدود الدولية باستخدام وثائق زائفة من أجل تعزيز أنشطتهم الاجرامية، بأن تتخذ ما يلزم من خطوات لضمان وجود تنسيق في أعمال الأجهزة الرقابية التي تدير خط التفتيش الرئيسي في مكتب الهجرة والجوازات، وخط التفتيش الثاني في الجمارك ونقاط الخروج.
