14- ويساور اللجنة القلق إزاء ضعف تأثير الخطط والاستراتيجيات القائمة على الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذين يودعون في مؤسسات رعاية، وإزاء نقص الخدمات الهادفة إلى تهيئة الأشخاص الذين يغادرون مؤسسات الرعاية، للاندماج في المجتمع.

(a) Strengthen its efforts to move towards de-institutionalization ensuring that supplementary structures are in place to provide adequate follow-up and reintegration support and services for children who leave institutional care;

وفي هذا الصدد، توصي اللجنة بأن تراعي الدولة الطرف المبادئ التوجيهية للرعاية البديلة للأطفال، المرفقة بقرار الجمعية العامة ٦٤/١٤٢، وتطلب اللجنة من الدولة الطرف أن تدرج في تقريرها الدوري المقبل بيانات مصنفة حسب الجنس والسن والوضع العائلي وحالة العجز، بشأن التقدم المحرز في مجال إعادة إدماج الأطفال الذين يغادرون مؤسسات الرعاية.
