It also notes that the author, however, has not provided any explanations as to the claims he submitted in this regard with the competent domestic authorities, including with the courts, but instead asked the Committee to invite the State party to provide it with information in this connection.

(أ) أن تحترم المعايير الدولية التي تنص على ضمانات تكفل حماية حقوق الأشخاص الذين يواجهون عقوبة الإعدام، وبخاصة المعايير الدنيا، بصيغتها الواردة في مرفق قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 1984/50 المؤرخ 25 أيار/مايو 1984، وأن توافي الأمين العام بمعلومات في هذا الشأن؛
