43. Requests the SecretaryGeneral to ensure that the concept of operations and rules of engagement of the Mission are regularly updated to bring them fully in line with the provisions of the present resolution and to report on this to the Council and troopcontributing countries;

8. Underscores the importance of the Mission implementing the mandate described in the present resolution in full, including through robust rules of engagement, and requests the SecretaryGeneral to ensure that the concept of operations and rules of engagement of the Mission are updated by 31 January 2009 to bring them fully in line with the provisions of the present resolution and to report to the Security Council and troopcontributing countries;
