٢- تعتبر اللجنة أي بلاغ يرد من مجهول في إطار هذه المادة بلاغاً غير مقبول أو إساءة استخدام لحق تقديم هذه البلاغات أو لا يتمشى مع أحكام هذه الاتفاقية.

٢- تعتبر اللجنة أي طلب يرد من مجهول في إطار هذه المادة طلباً غير مقبول أو إساءة استخدام لحق تقديم هذه البلاغات أو لا يتمشى مع أحكام هذه الاتفاقية.

Finally, it is important to note that although the Republic of Angola has not yet ratified the Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism, the reformulation process of criminal legislation is in progress, in order to ensure the full compatibility of the Angolan legal framework with the provisions of this Convention and with further international instruments against terrorism.
وختاما تجدر الإشارة إلى أن جمهورية أنغولا لم تصدق بعد على الاتفاقية الدولية لقمع تمويل الإرهاب، ولكن يجري حاليا إعادة صياغة القانون الجنائي، لكفالة التوافق التام للإطار القانوني الأنغولي مع أحكام هذه الاتفاقية ومع الصكوك الدولية الأخرى المتصلة بمكافحة الإرهاب.

5. Nothing in this article shall prevent a Party from imposing additional requirements to protect human health and the environment from mercury, provided that they are consistent with the provisions of this Convention and in accordance with international law.
5 - لا شيء في هذه المادة يمنع طرفاً من فرض اشتراطات إضافية لحماية الصحة البشرية والبيئة من الزئبق، بشرط أن تكون متفقة مع أحكام هذه الاتفاقية ووفقاً للقانون الدولي.

10. Nothing in this Article shall prevent a Party from imposing additional requirements in an effort to protect human health and the environment from exposure to mercury, provided that they are consistent with the provisions of this Convention and in accordance with [relevant international obligations][the World Health Organization recommendations and guidance].
