13. Further demands that all parties and all States ensure cooperation with the Group of Experts by individuals and entities within their jurisdiction or under their control;
13 - يطالب كذلك جميع الأطراف وجميع الدول أن تكفل تعاون كل من يخضع لولايتها أو يقع تحت سلطتها من أفراد وكيانات مع فريق الخبراء؛

Further demands that all parties and all States ensure cooperation with the Group of Experts by individuals and entities within their jurisdiction or under their control, and requests in this regard all States to identify a focal point to the Committee in order to enhance cooperation and information sharing with the Group of Experts.

All States therefore have the obligation to respect, protect and fulfil the right to food of all people, living within their jurisdiction or in other countries.

States parties have to ensure that the prohibitions under the Convention are translated into domestic rules applicable to any individual or other entity operating within their jurisdiction or control.

6. While individual States Parties are responsible for implementing the Convention's obligations in areas within their jurisdiction or control, its cooperation and assistance provisions afford the essential framework within which those responsibilities can be fulfilled and shared goals can be advanced.
6- في حين أن كل دولة من الدول الأطراف مسؤولة عن تنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية في المناطق التي تخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها، فإن أحكام الاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بالتعاون والمساعدة تقدّم الإطار الأساسي الذي يُمكن في حدوده الوفاء بهذه المسؤوليات ودفع الأهداف المشتركة للاتفاقية إلى الأمام.
