Le titre du chapitre pourrait être modifié de manière à se lire comme suit: " Mise au point, construction et exploitation de l'infrastructure; recours " .
فعنوان الفصل يمكن تعديله ليصبح " إنشاء البنية التحتية وتشييدها وتشغيلها " .

Elle est également convenue que le titre du chapitre devrait être " Contrat de concession " , au lieu de " Construction et exploitation de l'infrastructure " .
واتفقت اللجنة أيضا على أن يكون عنوان الفصل " عقد الامتياز " بدلا عن " تشييد البنية التحتية وتشغيلها " .

De surcroît, le titre du chapitre III, < < Construction et exploitation de l'infrastructure > > , ne correspond pas tout à fait au contenu du chapitre, dont certains aspects pourraient également relever du chapitre IV.
كما إن عنوان الفصل الثالث " تشييد البنية التحتية وتشغيلها " لا يعكس بالفعل محتواه لأن بعض جوانب هذا المحتوى يمكن تناولها أيضا في الفصل الرابع.
