The response to the events of 28 September 2009 should be guided by the conclusions of the International Commission of Inquiry of the United Nations Secretary-General, which established that at least 156 demonstrators disappeared or were killed and at least 109 women were subjected to rape and other sexual violence.

9. It is clear, however, that in many situations of concern armed actors, regardless of their character or motivations, are systematically perpetrating grave violations, including recruiting and using children, killing and maiming them, committing rape and other sexual violence against them, and abducting them.

In its resolution 1882 (2009), the Council required parties to armed conflict engaging in patterns of killing and maiming of children and/or rape and other sexual violence against children to be listed in the annexes to the reports of the Secretary-General on children in armed conflict.
ففي القرار 1882 (2009)، طلب المجلس أن تشير مرفقات تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة إلى الأطراف التي ترتكب أعمال قتل الأطفال وتشويههم و/أو اغتصابهم أو تمارس أشكالا أخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم.

1. Strongly condemns all violations of applicable international law involving the recruitment and use of children by parties to armed conflict, as well as their rerecruitment, killing and maiming, rape and other sexual violence, abductions, attacks against schools or hospitals and denial of humanitarian access by parties to armed conflict and all other violations of international law committed against children in situations of armed conflict;

(b) Calls upon those parties listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict that commit, in contravention of applicable international law, killing and maiming of children and/or rape and other sexual violence against children in situations of armed conflict to prepare concrete timebound action plans to halt those violations and abuses;
(ب) يهيب بالأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح التي تقوم، في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري، بقتل الأطفال وتشويههم و/أو اغتصابهم وإخضاعهم لأشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي في حالات النزاع المسلح، إعداد خطط عمل عملية ومحددة زمنيا لوقف تلك الانتهاكات والتجاوزات؛

" The Council reiterates its equally strong condemnation of all violations of applicable international law involving the recruitment and use of children by parties to armed conflict as well as their rerecruitment, killing and maiming, rape and other sexual violence, abductions, attacks against schools or hospitals and denial of humanitarian access by parties to armed conflict.

" The Council welcomes the steps taken by the SecretaryGeneral in the implementation of resolution 1882 (2009) by including in the annexes to his report those parties to armed conflict that engage, in contravention of applicable international law, in patterns of killing and maiming of children and/or rape and other sexual violence, in situations of armed conflict.

Statements were made by Council members and representatives of 58 other Member States, in which they expressed concern over the continuing recruitment and use of children in armed conflict in violation of international humanitarian law, the killing and maiming of children, rape and other sexual violence against children, their abduction, the denial of access of children to humanitarian aid, and attacks against schools.

Strongly condemns all violations of applicable international law involving the recruitment and use of children by parties to armed conflict, as well as their rerecruitment, killing and maiming, rape and other sexual violence, abductions, attacks against schools or hospitals and the denial of humanitarian access by parties to armed conflict and all other violations of international law committed against children in situations of armed conflict;

3. Expresses deep concern at the continuing violations and abuses committed against children, including the recruitment and use of child soldiers, killing and maiming, rape and other sexual violence, abductions, attacks on schools and/or hospitals, and at the continued displacement of children as a result of armed conflict;
3- يعرب عن قلقه الشديد إزاء استمرار الانتهاكات والتجاوزات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال، بما في ذلك تجنيد الأطفال واستخدام الجنود الأطفال، وقتل الأطفال وتشويههم واغتصابهم وارتكاب أنواع أخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم، واختطاف الأطفال، وشن هجمات على المدارس و/أو المستشفيات، وإزاء التشريد المستمر للأطفال نتيجةً للنزاع المسلح؛

3. Expresses deep concern at the continuing violations and abuses committed against children, including the recruitment and use of child soldiers, killing and maiming, rape and other sexual violence, abductions, attacks on schools and/or hospitals, and at the continued displacement of children as a result of armed conflict;
3- يعرب عن قلقه العميق إزاء استمرار الانتهاكات والتجاوزات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال، بما في ذلك تجنيد الأطفال واستخدام الجنود الأطفال، وقتل الأطفال وتشويههم واغتصابهم وارتكاب أنواع أخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم، واختطاف الأطفال، وشن هجمات على المدارس و/أو المستشفيات، وإزاء التشريد المستمر للأطفال نتيجةً للنزاع المسلح؛

(b) Calls upon those parties listed in the annexes of the Secretary-General's report on children and armed conflict that commit, in contravention of applicable international law, killing and maiming of children and/or rape and other sexual violence against children, in situations of armed conflict, to prepare concrete time-bound action plans to halt those violations and abuses;
(ب) يدعو الأطراف الواردة أسماؤها في مرفقات تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح، التي تنتهك القانون الدولي المنطبق بارتكاب أعمال قتل الأطفال وتشويههم و/أو اغتصابهم وممارسة أشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم في حالات النزاع المسلح، إلى إعداد خطط عمل ملموسة ومحددة زمنيا لوقف تلك الانتهاكات والاعتداءات؛

(a) Reiterates its call on parties to armed conflict listed in the annexes of the Secretary-General's report on children and armed conflict that have not already done so to prepare and implement, without further delay, action plans to halt recruitment and use of children and killing and maiming of children, in violation of applicable international law, as well as rape and other sexual violence against children;
(أ) يكرر نداءه إلى أطراف النـزاع المسلح الواردة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلح التي لم تقم بعد بإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم وقتلهم وتشويههم، في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الواجب التطبيق، وكذلك اغتصاب الأطفال وارتكاب أشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم، إلى القيام بذلك دون المزيد من التأخير؛
