658. The Committee expresses concern at the rise in the number of street children in the State party.

309. While noting the efforts undertaken in this regard, the Committee expresses its concerns at the increasing number of street children in the State party, as well as the high percentage of foreign children among them.

(a) Substance abuse, including inhaling glue and the consumption of narcotic drugs, is practised by children, particularly street children, in the State party, particularly in the south of the country;

(d) Collaborate with nongovernmental organizations working with street children in the State party and seek technical assistance from, among others, UNICEF.

454. The Committee welcomes the existence of the Integrated Programme for Street Children but remains concerned at the growing number of street children in the State party, due notably to the structural situation of the State party as well as to the lack of proactive policies and programmes of prevention and for the support of the family.
454- ترحب اللجنة بوجود البرنامج المتكامل لأطفال الشوارع، لكن القلق لا يزال يساورها إزاء تنامي عدد أطفال الشوارع في الدولة الطرف، وهو أمر يعزى بشكلٍ خاص إلى الوضع التنظيمي للدولة الطرف فضلاً عن الافتقار إلى سياسات وبرامج فعالة للوقاية ولدعم الأسرة.

296. While welcoming the National Plan of Action for the Social Integration of Children and Women Dependent on the Street, the Committee remains concerned at the high number of street children in the State party and at the lack of coordinated activities in this area.
296- ترحب اللجنة بخطة العمل الوطنية لإدماج الأطفال والنساء الذين يعيشون في الشوارع إدماجاً اجتماعياً، ولا يزال القلق يساورها مع ذلك إزاء ارتفاع عدد أطفال الشوارع في الدولة الطرف وقلة الأنشطة المنسقة في هذا المجال.

(e) Collaborate with non-governmental organizations working with street children in the State party and with children themselves, and seek technical assistance from, among others, UNICEF.

206. The Committee, while appreciating the programme " Educadores de Calle " (PEC), is concerned about the high number of street children in the State party mostly due to socioeconomic factors as well as abuse and violence in the family.
206- في حين تعرب اللجنة عن تقديرها لبرنامج " مربّو الشوارع " ، فإنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء عدد ضخامة أطفال الشوارع في الدولة الطرف العائد أساساً إلى عوامل اجتماعية اقتصادية، فضلاً عن الإساءة والعنف اللذين تشهدهما الأسر.

(e) Collaborate with non-governmental organisations NGOs working with street children in the State party and seek technical assistance from relevant UN United Nations and other international organiszations.
(ه) التعاون مع المنظمات غير الحكومية العاملة مع أطفال الشوارع في الدولة الطرف والتماس المشورة من منظمات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية.

304- تكرر اللجنة قلقها إزاء زيادة عدد أطفال الشوارع في الدولة الطرف والأوضاع الحرجة التي يواجهونها يومياً حيث لا يتمتعون بأي حماية للعديد من حقوقهم (ولا سيما حقوقهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية) ويتعرضون لسوء المعاملة بشكل منتظم من قبل رجال الشرطة.

63.
