The Working Group also takes " prompt intervention " actions in connection with acts of intimidation, persecution or reprisal against relatives of missing persons and private individuals or groups who seek to discover the fate or whereabouts of disappeared persons, to uncover the causes of disappearances, or to claim redress.
11- ويتخذ الفريق العامل أيضاً ما يلزم من تدابير طلب " التدخل الفوري " إزاء أعمال التخويف أو الاضطهاد أو الانتقام التي تستهدف أقارب الأشخاص المختفين والأفراد أو جماعات الأفراد ممن يسعون للكشف عن مصير الأشخاص المختفين أو أماكن وجودهم، وأسباب حالات الاختفاء، أو للمطالبة بالتعويض.

As in previous years, the Working Group sent urgent communications to Governments, in accordance with resolution 1995/75, urging the authorities to adopt protection measures in cases in which relatives of missing persons or other individuals or organizations which had cooperated with the Working Group, as well as their legal counsel, were being subjected to intimidation, persecution or reprisals.
