In conformity with the New Delhi declaration regarding the necessity of attaining general agreement, the Heads of State or Government reaffirmed their determination that any resolution with amendment implications for the Charter of the United Nations must be adopted by a vote of two thirds of the United Nations, as referred to in Article 108 of the Charter.
٢ - ووفقا ﻹعلان نيودلهي بشأن ضرورة التوصل إلى اتفاق عام، أكد رؤساء الدول أو الحكومات من جديد تصميمهم على وجوب اعتماد أي قرار ينطوي على تعديل ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة بأغلبية ثلثي أعضاء اﻷمم المتحدة، على النحو المشار إليه في المادة ٨٠١ من الميثاق.

273. the Heads of State or Government stressed that new and additional financial resources to developing countries have not been provided, that the transfer of environmentally sound technologies on favourable, concessional and preferential terms has not been realised, and that the developed countries have not assumed and performed practical commitment to the principle of common but differentiated responsibility.
273- أكد رؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أنه لم يتم توفير موارد مالية جديدة وإضافية للبلدان النامية وأن نقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا بشروط ميسرة وتفاضلية لم يتحقق بعد وأن البلدان متقدمة النمو لم تفِ وتطبق التزاماتها العملية في مجال العمل بمبدأ المسؤولية المشتركة ولكن المتمايزة.

300. the Heads of State or Government emphasised the importance of information and communication technologies for development, and welcomed recommendations contained in the ECOSOC 2000 Ministerial Declaration in that regard.
300- أكد رؤساء الدول أو الحكومات على الأهمية التي تكتسيها تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال بالنسبة للتنمية ورحّبوا بالتوصيات الواردة ضمن الإعلان الوزاري الصادر عن المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في عام 2000 بهذا الشأن.
