وإذ تنوه بالأعمال ذات الصلة التي تضطلع بها المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية بشأن تعزيز أمن الفضاء الحاسوبي وأمن تكنولوجيات المعلومات،

5. Threat analysis is however only one aspect of cybersecurity.

وإذ تدرك كذلك أهمية التعاون الدولي لتحقيق أمن الفضاء الحاسوبي من خلال دعم الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تعزيز القدرات البشرية وزيادة فرص التعلم والعمل وتحسين الخدمات العامة وتحسين نوعية الحياة من خلال الاستفادة من تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتطورة والمأمونة والآمنة والشبكات وتعزيز الفرص ليحصل عليها الجميع،

" 2 - حدِّد الأخطار التي تهدد، في مجال أمن الفضاء الحاسوبي وحماية الهياكل الأساسية الحيوية للمعلومات، اقتصاد بلدك وأمنه القومي وهياكله الأساسية الحيوية ومجتمعه المدني، والتي يجب التصدي لها.

" 5. Determine key stakeholders with a role in cybersecurity and critical information infrastructure protection and describe the role of each in the development of relevant policies and operations, including:
