This means that the Government of Georgia recognizes that trafficking in persons represents one of the greatest challenges in the sphere of human rights today.

The Committee, while noting the adoption on 27 January 2014 of decree No. 117 of the Georgian Government on implementing measures related to the partial compensation for damage inflicted on religious groups in Georgia during Soviet totalitarian rule, remains concerned that insufficient measures are taken to address the restitution to religious minorities of places of worship and related properties confiscated during the Soviet era.
١٨- في حين تلاحظ اللجنة أن حكومة جورجيا اعتمدت في 27 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014 المرسوم 117 بشأن تنفيذ التدابير المتصلة بالتعويض الجزئي عن الأضرار التي لحقت بالمجموعات الدينية في جورجيا خلال الحكم الشمولي السوفياتي، فإنها لا تزال تشعر بالقلق إزاء عدم كفاية التدابير المتخذة لمعالجة مسألة رد أماكن العبادة وما يتصل بها من ممتلكات صودرت خلال الحقبة السوفياتية، إلى الأقليات الدينية.
